Frequently Asked Questions
I can't enter the first name and surname of the policyholder now. Why?
A change has been made to the page to amalgamate the firstname and surname into one
Name field. This makes it easier for customers who need to enter company
names rather than a person name. All existing names will be displayed properly.
The search page has changed.
We have altered the search page in order to make it clearer which
DAS policy you are entering information for. The DAS policy number is now
displayed in brackets next to the type of policy. If you have two policies of the same type
please ensure that you use the correct link.
We have also altered the look and feel slightly to allow easier use of the system.
